Message Script

We will have different scripts based on the call received and based on the services your offer. For Elevator, we typically have Entrapment, Accidental Press, Service Request & Other as categories. Based on the category, we asked specific questions.
Entrapment (someone stuck in the elevator): "We collect Name, Phone, Message, Elevator Name & Number, Elevator Location"(Required)

Accidental Press: "We collect Caller ID"(Required)

Service Request: "We collect Name, Company, Phone, Message, Elevator Name & Number, Elevator Location Address where service is needed, Is this an emergency that cannot wait?"(Required)
