Answer United of Kalamazoo, MI, has been honored with the exclusive ATSI 2013 Award of Excellence for the sixteenth year. This prestigious award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI)—the industry’s leading trade association for telecommunications and call center services, including telephone answering and message delivery across North America and the UK.

Answer United received the award during ATSI’s 2013 Annual Convention, held at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown in Kansas City, MO.

How the Award Is Earned

Independent judges contracted by ATSI evaluate answering services over a six-month period. The scoring is based on four key areas:

  • Courtesy
  • Response time
  • Accuracy
  • Overall service quality

To earn the ATSI Award of Excellence, companies must achieve a score of 80% or higher in all categories.
