GENERAL PURPOSE
To provide our clients with quality telephone services in a professional and efficient manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer incoming calls and electronic correspondence, listen attentively to the caller, react to the caller’s needs by taking accurate messages, orders, scheduling appointments, handling issues, troubleshooting problems, providing information and relaying information to colleagues, clients and others, via the telephone, or other means. This must be performed in a timely, effective, and accurate manner.

Productivity and quality standards require speed, accuracy and adherence to established standards in dealing with callers.

By example and without limitation, Confidential Information includes all information heard or listened too while observing other call center employees at work, including protected health information, techniques, processes, formulas, trade secrets, inventions, discoveries, improvements, research and development, test results, specifications, data, know-how, formats marketing plans, business plans, strategies, forecasts, unpublished financial information, budgets, projects, product identities and characteristics, and client customers, and supplier identities, characteristics, agreements, included information gathered from clients and callers.
  3. Confidentiality Required. Applicant agrees not at any time, in any fashion, form, or manner, directly or indirectly divulge, disclose, act on, or communicate to any person, firm, or corporation in any manner whatsoever, any information of any kind, nature, or description concerning any matter affecting or relating to the business of Answer United its clients or their callers.
