Answer United was presented with the award at ATSI’s 2019 Annual Convention held at the Kansas City Marriott, Kansas City, Kansas.
🏆 What the ATSI Award of Excellence Represents
Each year, the ATSI Award of Excellence is presented to answering services that consistently meet the industry’s highest standards. Independent judges evaluate call handling over a six-month period, scoring providers on courtesy, response time, accuracy, and overall client experience. Only companies achieving an average of 80% or higher across all categories are honored with this award.
