If you sign up for services through Answer United, here is what to expect from submitting your initial inquiry, to when we go live and provide you with world-class answering services.
Submit an Inquiry with Answer United
The first step is when you submit your inquiry via the Answer United website. When you fill out our short form, we’ll ask you to provide some basic information such as the name of your business and a brief description of your needs. This information will help us prepare a quote that is tailored to your specific requirements and communication needs.
Identify Services for Your Business
When we receive your inquiry, one of our professional sales representatives will look over the information you provided and identify the best answering services we think would be a fit for your business. Once they’ve drafted an initial proposal, they’ll contact you to ask a few more questions about your business, your needs, and the goals you have in hiring Answer United to partner with you.
Based on your answers, your dedicated sales representative will then refine their suggestions, adding or removing serves as needed, and create a proposal for your business. The proposal will include all recommended services, the price point, and suggestions for ways we can provide value-added answering services.
The representative will send you the proposal to look over. At this point, you can ask questions, add or remove services, and further refine your plan. Once you approve the proposal, we’ll move you on to the next step.
Account Setup and Confirmation
Once you approve the final proposal, we’ll submit all the details to the accounting and operations department. They’ll confirm your selected services, set up and confirm payment, and approve you for services build-out.
Services Build-Out
This is the part of the process where things get fun. Services build-out involves putting a script together based on the information, specifications, customizations, and preferences shared in your proposal. The script is completely customized in such a way that our professional answering service agents can serve as an extension of your business.
During this process, you’ll be able to review everything we propose. You can make changes, submit edits, and talk to us during the entire creation process. We don’t finalize the scripts we use for you until you’re happy with the way it sounds. This way, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting, what your customers will hear, and how we’ll sound when we speak to your customer and clients. When you’re happy with the script, we are too. Once you’re satisfied with what we’ve set up, you can officially approve the script for use.
