Answer United opens a national call center in Louisville, Kentucky

Answer United, a national call center headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan for the past 54 years, has opened a call center in Louisville, Kentucky. Answer United has hired thirty employees from the Louisville area and is looking to hire another thirty for all shifts to provide 24/7 support to its customer base.

Scott Gignac, President of Answer United, stated “our continued growth provided us with the need to expand and Louisville was chosen after a careful study of metropolitan cities throughout the Midwest for the best fit for our company.” Many factors went into the location choice, but the very top reason was the access to a strong and dependable work force.
